The nutty, mellow chocolatey flavors of this coffee originate from its high altitude home in the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association certified coffee is grown at 1,400m above sea level in the Chanchamayo province in Peru where Arabica Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties are grown to Washed Process standards without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
Organic and fair trade coffee beans are picked by hand at the slopes of the Andes then expertly roasted for full-bodied flavour. The nutty flavors, combined with dark chocolate notes will make you want to get out of the bed each morning.
